These terms

These terms apply when you use AutoVideoStudio at autovideostudio.com, which Surge Software Solutions Private Limited ("Surge", "we") runs. By creating an account or using AutoVideoStudio, you agree to them. If you use AutoVideoStudio for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.

Price and billing

AutoVideoStudio is free for your first 3 months (90 days from sign-up), with every feature unlocked. After that you pay only for what you use, at our cost with no markup, from a prepaid wallet you top up through Razorpay. Every video shows its exact cost line by line, and failed renders are never charged. Monthly plans are coming soon. The pricing page lists the rates.

We may introduce paid plans later. We will tell account holders in advance, and nothing is charged without your action. Unused prepaid balance is refundable on request at any time; see our cancellation and refund policy.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• You must be 18 or older.
• Tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

You must not use AutoVideoStudio to:

• break any law, including anti-spam, privacy, consumer and intellectual-property laws;
• send spam or unsolicited messages in breach of the rules of the platform or the recipient's country;
• break the terms of a connected platform such as LinkedIn, Meta, WhatsApp, Google or Microsoft;
• upload content you have no right to use, or content that is harmful, deceptive or abusive;
• impersonate others or create deepfakes of real people without their consent;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around usage limits.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep all rights in what you upload and in the results you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the product for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload it, including any personal data of other people (such as your customers). Where you process their data in the product, you are the data fiduciary and we process it for you.

AI results

AI can be wrong. Check results before you rely on them or send them to others. You decide what to publish, send or act on.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AutoVideoStudio running, but it is provided "as is" and may change, pause or have downtime. Some features are marked "coming soon" or "preview" and may not work fully. We may change or retire the product; if we retire it, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Surge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using AutoVideoStudio and close your account at any time from its settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell account holders of important changes by email.
