Cancellation and refund policy

What this covers

This policy applies to payments made to Surge Software Solutions Private Limited for AutoVideoStudio at autovideostudio.com.

No subscription, nothing to cancel

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal charge. You can stop using AutoVideoStudio at any time and close your account from its settings or by emailing [email protected].

Prepaid balance

AutoVideoStudio is free for your first 3 months (90 days from sign-up), with every feature unlocked. After that you pay only for what you use, at our cost with no markup, from a prepaid wallet you top up through Razorpay. Every video shows its exact cost line by line, and failed renders are never charged. Monthly plans are coming soon. The pricing page lists the rates.

Refunds

• Unused balance: refundable in full at any time on request, including when you close your account.
• Used balance: balance already spent is not refundable.
• Duplicate or failed payments: if you are charged twice, or charged for a top-up that did not add balance, we refund it in full.
• Charging errors: if a use was charged wrongly, tell us and we will correct your balance or refund the difference.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include the product name (AutoVideoStudio) and, if you have it, the payment ID. We will reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it in your account.
