AutoVideoStudio is a digital service sold by Surge Software Solutions Private Limited. We do not ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.
How the service is delivered
When you top up your wallet, the amount is added to your AutoVideoStudio account at autovideostudio.com as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you can use it straight away to make videos. Finished videos, captions, thumbnails and Shorts are delivered as downloads in your account. Your balance and payments are on the Usage & billing page.
If something is not delivered
If your payment succeeded but the balance does not appear in your wallet, write to us with the payment ID. We will add it or refund the payment in full (see our cancellation and refund policy).

The service is delivered online at autovideostudio.com to customers in India and abroad. Access needs only a web browser and an internet connection.
